Well said - thoughtful and, IMHO, representative of how many who consider themselves to be conservative actually feel (and, FWIW, think you went pretty light on TPA, which has wrecked the AZ GOP - hoping this election cycle finally causes a reckoning that restores some equilibrium to the GOP).
Extremes on both the left or right are not good. Unfortunately, you forget the basic law of physics that for every action there is an equal opposite reaction. The push by the left to eliminate religion from our society and demonize Christians, Christianity, and Western Civilization has caused a push back from the religious right. You show disdain that they have shown support for Trump who is fighting back against the ideas of the left. Who else is standing up and fighting for traditional values? Likewise, the silence of the Democrats support of far left ideas and policies is brushed off or ignored.
There is no push by the left to 'eliminate religion from our society'. There are Secularists across the political and religious spectrum, who defend the Constitutional amendment of non-establishment of religion in government. This 'push' is not extreme - it is pro-Constitution.
Which 'traditional' values do you refer to? Secularism is the First traditional value.
No Physicist would ever apply laws of physical science to social science. Yikes.
Oh my where do I start with your comments? The first amendment stops the establishment of a state religion not the elimination of religion that the left pushes. This was a result of those who practiced religion other than the “official” state religion that was common in Europe prior to our American revolution. Study history. Further more look at the writings of our founding fathers and there are countless references to God and faith. Likewise the writing of Abraham Lincoln. The First Amendment was written to prevent the establishment of both an official state religion and to protect the different religious beliefs that existed in our newly formed country.
The left has tried to eliminate any religious reference. The blocking of Christmas decorations and nativity scenes and the removal of crosses that commemorate our fallen soldiers from battles past are examples.
That you don’t understand the reference that to newton’s laws of physics that when one side pushes the other pushes back shows your lack of understanding and blind prejudice.
BTW what you call "mansplaining" is a factual response to a stupid nonfactual comment. Beings you used the term it must mean you are an ignorant member of the opposite sex.
Talk about butt hurt! You displayed zero facts and then throw this crap up. Go back and hide in your bubble. Is this the best you can do ? Name calling and left wing talking points don't cut it. Guess you can't handle noncompliance to your viewpoints. Have a nice life on the wrong side of history.

TPA????
Thanks, Billy. Good stuff as always.
I saw this coming 20 years ago and tried to warn my church. It goes hand in hand with Zionism. I am reading his book.

Someone's fragile ego is smarting. Mansplaining must be the default non-factual rebuttal?? Just gotta love it......... I'm out..........
